How it Works

There are two different ways to send your money abroad. You can use our online portal or go to one of the nearest Pay iZi Points. For more information you can read the instructions below.

    Before you can make a transaction you need to register on our website.

    To complete the registration you'll need to provide a valid ID and personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email address. For your security and safety we will verify this information.

    Once the registration has been approved, you can start making transactions.

  • Make a transaction

    Step 1:
    To make a transaction you must log in with your personal account on our website.

    Step 2:
    After you've logged in, you'll need to provide the name, address and country of the beneficiary and of course the amount you want to send. Based on the amount you want to send, the commission and the amount the beneficiary will receive (based on the applicable exchange rate) will be calculated.

    Depending on the amount and nature of the transaction, additional information can be asked.

    Step 3:
    After you agree on the amount send, commission and the corresponding (estimate of) pay out amount, you are asked to pay the transaction using one of the available payment methods.

    Once the payment is completed the transaction will be available for pay out within 24 hours.

  • Sit back and wait for the confirmation

    The receipt includes all the relevant information from the transaction, including the amount send, commission, exchange rate, collection point and reference number. The reference number is necessary for pay out to the beneficiary.

    The beneficiary can pick up the money at the collection point as specified in the transaction. The beneficiary needs the reference number and a valid ID in order to collect the transaction.

    Warning: give the reference number only to the beneficiary and to no one else!

    Step 2:

  • How much does it cost?

    You can make a calculation of the costs by going to payizi.com and select the “Login”. There you can calculate the costs of your transaction and you don't have to logon first.

  • How much money can I send?
    The maximum amount of money you can send depends on where you live. This is because different countries have different rules relating to money transfers.
    Sending limits also vary depending on how you pay for the transfer. Card payments often have a different limit to payments from your bank account.
    To check the limit for your particular transfer, simply enter how much you would like to send into the “Send To” calculator. It will tell you if you exceed the maximum.

  • Why can’t I send money from a particular country?
    Pay iZi offers money transfers from several European countries. We are adding more all the time.
    Note: the transfer options available will depend on the country you are sending from and the country where your recipient lives.

  • Why do I need to supply identification?

    It is important that we are able to keep the Pay iZi service safe for all of our customers. By asking for official identification, we are able to verify that people sending money are who they say they are. We are also required by law to carry out these checks.

  • Where can I send money to?

    Caleen Financial Services offers money transfers to countries around the world.

    You can choose a destination country by selecting the "to country". The available receiving options (e.g. bank deposit or cash pickup) vary depending on the country you are sending from and the destination you are sending to.
    We want to offer everyone as many options as possible and we are adding more send and receive countries all the time.


  • Why can’t I send money to a particular country?

    Caleen Financial Services has an extended network around the world and we are adding more countries all the time.

    Note: the transfer options available will depend on the country you are sending from and the country where your recipient lives.

  • Where can I send money from?
    Pay iZi is available to senders in several European countries.
    Customers set the country they are sending from when first signing-up to Pay iZi.
    For security reasons, you cannot change your send country again online. If you need to switch country, please contact customerservice@payizi.com.
    The available receiving options (e.g. bank deposit or cash pickup) vary depending on the country you are sending from and the destination you are sending to.
    We want to offer everyone as many options as possible and we are adding more send and receive countries all the time.

  • How long will it take for the money te arrive?

    Many transfers sent using Pay iZi arrive instantly. Some can take longer, depending on how the money is being received.

  • Why do you need a mobile phone number and e-mail address?
    We use the recipient’s mobile number and email address to send them notifications about the progress of their transfer.
    Both the sender and recipient will be notified when the transfer is sent and again when it is received.
    Note: You must supply a mobile phone number for the recipient. Email address is optional.

  • Can my recipient choose the way he receives the money?
    How your recipient gets their money is decided by the sender who chooses from the available options that Pay iZi offers for the specific corridor.
    We suggest that senders and recipients agree on one of these options beforehand.

  • I don’t see the receiving options that I want?

    Pay iZi offers a range of ways for people to receive their money transfer. However, the availability of these varies depending on both the sender and recipient’s country.

  • How Safe Is PAYiZi?

    Sending money through Pay iZi is extremely safe. We make sure that our website is secure.

  • Someone I don’t know asks me to send him money using Pay iZi. Should I do it?

    There are a lot of unpleasant but clever criminals in the world. You may be familiar with some of the scams they run – asking for money up-front in return for a big payout later, or demanding payment to fix an imaginary problem with your computer.

    These criminals sometimes try to get their victims to pay them through services like Pay iZi.
    We have a team of experts who are trained to spot these sort of things and block them, but the best advice is not to send money to anyone you don’t know – however believable their story seems.

  • How do I pay for my money transfer?

    If you go to one of the locations you can use cash or in most cases your bank card

    For the online money transfers Pay iZi has partnered with the respected, well-established online payment service SOFORT to offer fast, secure payments.
    Instructions for using each method are provided during the payment stage of the transfer.
    Your transfer will commence once Pay iZi has received the payment.
    The maximum amount you can send may be lower for some countries.

  • How can I become a Pay iZi Agent?

    To become a Pay iZi Agent, you must have valid business license & a photo ID. We may require additional information to verify your identity, to obtain proper authorization, evaluate your earning potential and to comply with country laws and regulations, if any.

  • What do I need to start proposing Pay iZi Money Transfer services?

    You'll simply need a secure computer with an antivirus installed, internet connection and a printer at your own point of sale. Once you are activated as Pay iZi agent, you'll be able to offer our services and earn a commission on every transaction that is sent or received from your locations(s).

  • How do I earn money with Pay iZi?

    Being a Pay iZi Agent, you'll get a commission for every transaction you process, as the customer pays a transfer fee for each Pay iZi transaction sent. The more transactions you send or receive, the more you earn.

  • Who are the customers of Pay iZi?

    Generally, our customers are immigrant workers who want to send money back home to support their family, or tourists in case of emergency, parents of students while they are studying abroad. Money transfers can also be used for special occasions (birthday, Mother’s Day, gifts, etc…). It is best suited for person to person transactions.

  • Who's in charge of setting up the price for the money transfer service?

    Pay iZi is responsible for providing fee tables. The system will automatically calculate the fee based on the amount of money sent, the service chosen, and the destination country.
